世界経済フォーラムが「ブレンディド・ファイナンス」に関する記事を掲載しています。これは、先日OECDが出した開発協力レポートへのコメントですが、SDGsを達成するために必要な資金ギャップを埋めるには、民間投資と開発援助資金を組み合わせたブレンディド・ファイナンスを発展させる必要があるという議論です。例として取り上げられているのは、ゴールドマンサックスが全世界の女性起業家をターゲットに立ち上げたマイクロファイナンスプロジェクト。
インパクト投資の発展には、公的資金によるリスク管理が不可欠ですが、開発協力資金がブレンディド・ファイナンスとして入ってくれば、この領域は大きく拡大しそうです。
